1. First of All, visit https://console.firebase.google.com/ and select OR create your project.

2. Now expand “build” and open “Authentication” page as show in the below image.

3. Click on “Get Started”.

4. Enable “Email/Password” authentication

Now you can visit your project setting to view your Web API key.
